Visitor services and interpretation at the Acebal de Garagüeta Park House, 2027–2028

Summary

The Fundación del Patrimonio Natural de Castilla y León is procuring the operation of the Acebal de Garagüeta Park House in Arévalo de la Sierra, Soria, including visitor reception, information and interpretation, guided walks, environmental education, reporting, and basic maintenance and cleaning. The service covers 2027–2028 and includes 1,000 public-opening hours and 140 maintenance hours per year, plus annual allowances of 241 hours for group visits and activities, 40 hours for reports and additional work, and 32 hours for environmental volunteering. The contract is not divided into lots and may be extended by up to 12 months.
