Integrated transparency and open-data management service for Leganés City Council

Summary

Leganés City Council is procuring an integrated transparency and open-data management service supported by a cloud-based, software-as-a-service open-government platform. The work includes migrating existing portal content, implementing and operating transparency and open-data portals, and providing modules for budgets, contracts and grants. The service also covers audits, consultancy, data collection and updates, hosting, maintenance, support and staff training; at least 30 open-data sets must be published at launch. The initial term is three years, with up to two one-year extensions.
