Maintenance and development of applications for cross-functional systems and operations

Summary

LogiRAIL is procuring maintenance, user support and development services for applications supporting cross-functional business systems and railway operations. The scope covers corrective maintenance, user support, minor enhancements of up to 80 work units (one work unit equals one service hour), medium enhancements of more than 80 and up to 500 work units, and larger projects exceeding 500 work units. The application catalogue may evolve during the contract; the maximum estimated volume for 2027–2029 is 195,120 work units: 156,096 planned-service units and 39,024 ongoing-service units. The contract may be extended once for 12 months.
