Cleaning San Bartolomé schools and maintaining municipal buildings and public spaces

Summary

The Municipality of San Bartolomé is procuring services for municipal facilities in two lots. Lot 1 covers internal and external cleaning of the municipality’s nursery and primary schools; Lot 2 covers routine maintenance, upkeep and repair of municipal buildings, facilities and public spaces. Each contract has an initial term of one year, with extensions possible up to a maximum of five years. The annual ceiling is EUR 458,500 for Lot 1 and EUR 341,724.89 for Lot 2, including 7% IGIC.
