Vilanova i la Geltrú City Council is renting Christmas lighting and related infrastructure, including transport, installation, maintenance and dismantling, for streets and public spaces in the city. Lot 1 covers ornamental Christmas lighting in streets and public spaces; Lot 2 covers the structure and illuminated canopy in Plaça de la Vila, including installation of municipality-owned luminaires. The total budget is €176,000 including VAT (€141,000 for Lot 1 and €35,000 for Lot 2). The initial contract term is one year, with annual extensions for up to three additional years.
