Replacement of the K2 and K3 flue gas ducts

Summary

The tender covers the manufacture, supply and installation of new flue gas ducts for lines K2 and K3 at the SAKO Brno waste-to-energy plant. The work includes dismantling the existing ducts, surveying the actual conditions, preparing manufacturing and installation documentation, manufacturing and installing the new ducts, applying surface treatments, installing thermal insulation and cladding, carrying out related tests, and handing over complete documentation. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 12 October 2026. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%; the lowest total price excluding VAT will rank first. The estimated contract value is CZK 14,000,000, and the planned performance period runs from 31 October 2026 to 31 October 2027. No tender guarantee is required, and variant bids are not permitted. The selected contractor must comply with employment law and lawful employment rules, provide safe and decent working conditions, pay workers properly and on time, ensure the same obligations are observed throughout the subcontracting chain, and pay subcontractors on time.
