Maintenance of SEM’s telephony and call-recording environment, with hardware and licence supply

Summary

The Sistema d’Emergències Mèdiques (SEM) is procuring four years of maintenance for its telephony and call-recording environment, including related upgrades, modifications and expansions. The contract also covers new hardware and licences, including equipment for telephony systems, recording, SBCs, terminals and headsets. The critical environment supporting emergency call handling will be managed under one contract, without lots. The estimated contract value is €4,159,355.69 excluding VAT.
