Psychological support and counselling for young people in the Community of Madrid

Summary

The Directorate-General for Youth of the Community of Madrid is procuring immediate, individual psychological support and counselling for residents aged 14–30, delivered by telephone, video call and instant messaging. The service includes individual case follow-up and, where appropriate, referrals to public rapid-intervention and emergency services; the standard service hours are 15:00–22:00 every day. The contract is not divided into lots and runs for one year, with an option to extend for one further year; the budget is EUR 666,624.13.
