Supply, installation and commissioning of an automated peptide synthesizer

Summary

Fundació Institut de Bioenginyeria de Catalunya (IBEC) is procuring a single automated peptide synthesizer for its Enzyme Sensors and Chemical Probes research group, including all system components, installation, commissioning and training. The equipment must enable parallel synthesis of at least 20 different peptides in individual reactors at scales of 5–100 µmol, using at least 40 reagents and temperatures of at least 50 °C. Delivery, installation, commissioning and training are scheduled for 1 March to 30 June 2027. The procurement is not divided into lots and has an estimated value of €137,000 excluding VAT.
