Supply of a Flow Cytometer with Software and After-Warranty Servicing

Summary

The tender covers the supply of a flow cytometer with evaluation software and a control and middleware computer for the Department of Clinical Immunology and Allergology at Hradec Králové University Hospital. The contract includes warranty servicing and after-warranty servicing for an indefinite period. The equipment must be delivered and installed, commissioned, connected to the contracting authority’s data network, calibrated and validated, and staff must be trained. It must be new, unused and not refurbished, with a warranty of at least 24 months; any manufacturer-imposed service-life limit must be at least 120 months from commissioning and handover. The estimated value is CZK 3,720,000. Tenders will be evaluated on total life-cycle cost (80%) and the quality of the equipment’s technical parameters (20%); each quality point is valued at CZK 1,000 excluding VAT.
