Supply of equipment and materials for electronics work at SpaceLab

Summary

The procurement is for equipping the SpaceLab electronics-work laboratory under the “SPACE 4 TALENTS” project and is divided into two parts: Part I covers electronic and measuring equipment with accessories; Part II covers optical, tool and auxiliary equipment and materials for electronics work. Bidders may submit an offer for either or both parts. Part I includes, among other things, soldering and hot-air stations, fume extractors, oscilloscopes, multimeters, laboratory power supplies, generators, logic analysers, LCR meters, a thermal camera and programmers. Part II includes items such as stereo microscopes and cameras, workstation lamps, measuring and holding tools, ESD protection, soldering and cleaning materials, wires, connectors, electronic components and fasteners. The contractor must deliver the products, assemble, install, configure and start up equipment where needed, check completeness and operation, provide documentation and conduct user instruction. Delivery for either part is due within 30 calendar days of contract signing. The warranty must be at least 12 months and may be offered for 24 months. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty duration (40%). Participation requires proof of the relevant financial capacity and a qualifying previous delivery, as well as completed product forms identifying the offered products and demonstrating their compliance with the technical specifications.
