Renewal of Microsoft licences by subscription

Summary

The Cortes of Castilla-La Mancha is procuring a three-year renewal of Microsoft software licences and subscriptions, with associated maintenance, updates, administration and technical support, for 2027–2029. The single, undivided contract covers 60 VDA licences, 110 Microsoft 365 Business Premium licences, 7 Microsoft 365 Copilot licences and 2 Microsoft Intune Plan 1 licences for the regional parliament and its transparency council. The contract also includes assigning licences to the relevant environments and allows the licence quantities to be increased as operational needs arise.
