Tree management and urban infrastructure reinstatement in Torremolinos

Summary

The Municipality of Torremolinos is procuring tree-management services and associated urban infrastructure works in six independent lots. Lots 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 cover the preparation and transplanting of 2, 4, 2, 1 and 3 trees respectively, together with repairs to pavements, kerbs and roads; Lot 2 covers controlled felling, recycling of the trees and planting of replacement trees supplied by the municipality. The works also include demolition and reconstruction of affected pavements and kerbs, asphalt resurfacing and, in Lot 3, lighting ducts and two streetlights. Each lot has a two-month execution period, and all works are to be completed by the end of 2026.
