The Municipal Institute of Barcelona Innovation and Technology is procuring manufacturer-provided maintenance and support for Barcelona City Council’s Automic Workload Automation software from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The scope covers a subscription licence for 60,000 transactions per month and 16 perpetual CA Automic Operations Manager task-based licences, including proof of current maintenance and support and access to the latest software version.
