The Canary Islands Health Service is procuring printed adhesive labels with ISBT 128 barcodes for identifying blood and blood-component products and analytical samples processed by the Canary Transfusion Centre during 2027. The undivided supply comprises 99,000 donation labels for tubes and bags, 4,000 plasma pool labels and 14,000 platelet pool labels, for a total of 117,000 labels.
