Recurring supply of consumables to the Supreme Court of Poland

Summary

The Supreme Court of Poland is procuring 12 months of call-off supplies of consumables for printers (Lot 1) and for copiers and fax machines (Lot 2). The product lists include toners, ink, waste-toner containers, staples, labels and transfer ribbons, as well as device parts such as fuser units, transfer belts, drums and printheads. Bidders may tender for either or both lots; estimated quantities may change according to actual needs. Deliveries will be made against individual orders to the contracting authority’s premises in Warsaw. Products must be new and must not be remanufactured or refilled. Equivalent products must be fully compatible with the devices and their current firmware, without disabling security features or installing additional software. For each lot bid for, the bidder must have at least two similar supply contracts duly performed or being performed within the preceding three years. For Lot 1, the value of goods actually delivered under each contract must be at least PLN 150,000 gross; for Lot 2, it must be at least PLN 15,000 gross. The offer must include a completed product-and-price schedule and identify the manufacturer and exact model or designation of each product; compliance of equivalent products must be demonstrated. Bid security is required: PLN 2,500 for Lot 1 and PLN 200 for Lot 2. Each individual order must be delivered within the offered period of 2–6 business days. The response time to a request to clean a device must not exceed 24 business hours. Before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide liability insurance with a minimum insured sum of PLN 50,000 and maintain it for the full contract term. The award criteria are price (60%), delivery time for individual orders (30%) and response time to a request to clean a device (10%).
