Rental of multifunction devices with maintenance
Summary
The Alcántara Town Council is leasing five A3 multifunction devices for its public service area, upper-floor offices, municipal library, peace court and tourism office. The contract includes maintenance, installation and user training, necessary consumables other than paper and staples, and temporary replacement of equipment when needed. The included monthly volume is at least 8,000 black-and-white A4 pages and 3,000 colour A4 pages, for a four-year term.
