Supply and installation of a chiller for the BCIN building

Summary

Reactivació Badalona, SA is procuring one reversible air-to-water chiller for heating and cooling the halls of the BCIN building, with 178.5 kW of cooling capacity and 229.5 kW of heating capacity. The mixed supply-and-works contract includes delivery, installation and commissioning, approximately 175 metres of 4-inch stainless-steel hydraulic pipework, insulation and metal cladding, electrical and control connections, testing, and integration with the two existing MTA chillers. The contract is not divided into lots; its estimated value is €213,362.95 excluding VAT, and the maximum contract period is three months, ending no later than 30 December 2026.
