Supply and installation of accessibility equipment in Jaśliska

Summary

Jaśliska Municipality is procuring equipment and installation to improve accessibility under two local accessibility projects. The procurement is divided into four lots: Part I—supply and installation of a lift or passenger elevator; Part II—an automatic door-opening system; Part III—an information kiosk; and Part IV—other accessibility equipment and its installation. Bidders may submit offers for one, several or all parts, which will be evaluated separately. Detailed technical requirements are in the tender documents; equivalent solutions are permitted, but bidders must demonstrate their equivalence. Equipment must be new, complete and compliant, and each part must be completed by 30 June 2027. Price is the sole award criterion, and the bid price must include all costs necessary for performance. A bidder for Part I must have at least one relevant lift-installation reference from the previous three years. No bid guarantee is required; the successful bidder for Part I must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total bid price before signing the contract. Payments may not be made before January 2027. The warranty period is at least 24 months, and 36 months for Parts I and II.
