Summary

The Municipal Institute for Progress and Culture of Balaguer is procuring the rental, installation and dismantling of infrastructure for the Balaguer Major Festival, held on 6–9 November 2026 at the Inpacsa Pavilion. The supply includes lighting, heating and decorative elements, as well as the necessary fencing, darkroom, electrical and lighting equipment and complementary decorations. The venue will be available for setup from 3 November, and the equipment must remain in place through 12 November 2026, inclusive. The contract is not divided into lots and has an estimated value of EUR 33,000 excluding VAT.
