Technical Support and Management of TUVISA Energy-Savings Sales

Summary

TUVISA is procuring a single-lot, five-year service to identify, quantify, verify, document and manage the sale by public auction of energy savings generated by its operations. The work includes assessing existing and potential energy-saving measures, preparing and administering auctions and CAE purchase agreements, and preparing verification and measurement plans under the IPMVP protocol. The indicative volume is about 10.3 million certificates from fleet electrification and a further 252,000 from other measures; each TUVISA-authorized process is to be completed within 20 weeks.
