Occupational Health and Safety Coordination for Phase 1 of the Can Felipa Works

Barcelona Infrastructure Municipal Company (BIMSA) is procuring occupational health and safety coordination during construction and coordination of business activities for Phase 1 of the renovation and expansion of the Can Felipa municipal facility in Barcelona. The 32-month service covers the construction phase; Phase 2 is excluded. The underlying Phase 1 works include demolition of the existing pool, construction of a new pool building with two basement levels, adaptations to keep the sports centre operating, accessibility and surrounding-area works, and restoration of affected paving and the playground. The contract is not divided into lots.
