Maintenance and repair of air-conditioning systems at ESENGRA

Summary

The Spanish Ministry of Defence is procuring maintenance, inspection and repair services for air-conditioning systems at the ESENGRA naval training school in Ferrol. The single, undivided contract covers the IT rooms, hospitality classroom, Puerta Cabana guard post and server room, including specialist labour and replacement parts such as refrigerant, pipework, insulation, electrical components, indoor and outdoor units, and compressors. Work runs from contract signature until 30 November 2026 or until the contract budget is exhausted, whichever occurs first; the maximum budget is €31,549.98 including VAT.
