Supply of plastic bags and barrier tape for Valdepeñas Environmental Department

Summary

Valdepeñas City Council’s Environmental Department is procuring plastic bags and barrier tape in three separate lots: 240,000 small biodegradable-compostable bags for collecting dog waste; 8,000 large 85 × 110 cm refuse bags and 5,000 smaller 60 × 75 cm refuse bags; and 100 kg of barrier film for cordoning off areas during maintenance and plant-treatment work or where falling branches pose a risk. Bidders may tender for one or more lots. The contract runs for 12 months and may be extended by a further 12 months. The estimated annual budget is €7,512 excluding VAT (€9,089.52 including VAT). Price is the sole award criterion, and offered unit prices must not exceed the ceilings for the relevant lots. Deliveries are due within 21 calendar days of each order and must be made to the Environmental Department or the parks and gardens depot on Calle Tina, as applicable. Bidders must be registered in the official contractors’ register or have applied for registration before the tender deadline. Separate proof of financial and technical capacity is not required. The electronic tender must include a signed responsible declaration, a technical data sheet for the offered product and a price offer for each lot bid for. Compostable bags must comply with EN 13432, and all offered goods must meet the technical specifications for their lot.
