Epoxy resin coating for the floor of the new Teveren fire station

Summary

This tender concerns epoxy resin floor coating for the new Teveren fire station in Geilenkirchen. The contractor shall supply and apply a seamless, slip‑resistant epoxy floor coating with a total dry thickness of at least 2.0 mm on the existing cement screed at the Geilenkirchen Fire Station, Windhausener Weg 4. The coating system must be a single‑manufacturer system (Sika MultiDur EB24) and installed as an integrated system according to the manufacturer’s specifications and applicable standards. The coating must withstand fuels (diesel, petrol), hydraulic oils, extinguishing agents and common cleaners; mechanical durability for pallet trucks; suitable for heated and unheated substrates; moisture testing by CM method prior to coating with documentation.
