Supply of electric valves and control panels

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of electric valves and control panels in two lots: Lot 1 comprises panels and solenoid valves, and Lot 2 comprises ball valves. Bidders may tender for both lots, and the same bidder may be awarded both. The total budget is €26,000 excluding VAT: €23,500 for Lot 1 and €2,500 for Lot 2. Delivery is to Turbinas in Ferrol under DAP terms (Incoterms 2020). The planned contract period is three months, followed by a 36-month warranty; the anticipated start is October 2026. Bidders must submit a technical offer that fully meets the technical specification, together with a separately signed financial offer and completed price breakdown. Technical offers are assessed on a pass/fail basis; price accounts for 100% of the evaluation, and offers above the budget will be rejected. Offers must be submitted electronically through the ARIBA platform. Participation must be confirmed in writing within ten calendar days after publication of the contract notice; the offer deadline is set in ARIBA. Bidders must also meet the financial and technical capacity requirements, including the specified turnover, relevant supply experience and quality management system.
