Maintenance of Transformer Substations and SAIH Installations, and Electrical Inspections

Summary

The tender covers maintenance and official inspections of the Júcar River Basin Authority’s electrical installations: transformer substations at its Valencia headquarters and other locations, transformer installations at 16 SAIH system sites, medium-voltage overhead line supports, and a public-access premises in Valencia. The work includes preventive maintenance and electrical inspections, including inspections by an authorised control body (OCA). Fault response must be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; in the event of a breakdown, a replacement transformer must be provided free of charge for up to 21 days. Transformer substations are generally serviced twice a year and the public-access premises quarterly. A technical report must be provided for each inspection, and a maintenance activity programme must be submitted within 15 days of the contract taking effect. The contractor bears the costs of OCA inspections. The tender budget is €79,940 excluding VAT and €96,727.40 including VAT; the unit-price schedule covers a four-year contract. Bidders must submit the required offer and declarations, demonstrate the financial and technical capacity specified in the tender documents, and provide a qualified multidisciplinary technical team with a technical director who is immediately available.
