Drinking water and dispenser supply for Santanyí municipal buildings

Summary

The contract covers the supply of drinking water to Santanyí municipal buildings, together with installation of water dispensers and bottle racks, cups, and ongoing maintenance. The contractor must supply water in reusable bottles, collect empty bottles, install four initial bottles per dispenser, and maintain the equipment, repair faults, and sanitise the dispensers at least every six months. Deliveries to offices and educational centres must be at least weekly, and deliveries to other locations monthly; urgent replenishment must be made within 24 working hours. The initial term is two years, with the option to extend for one year at a time for up to two additional years. The maximum budget for the initial two-year term is €21,038.77 including VAT. Participation is restricted to eligible social-initiative special employment centres and insertion enterprises; subcontracting is not permitted. The award criteria are the price per litre of water (65 points), price per pack of 50 cups (25 points), and dispenser sanitisation price (10 points).
