Spring water supply for institutions of the Jelgava municipal area

Summary

The tender covers the supply of natural spring water to institutions of the Jelgava municipal area and the provision of water dispensers and related equipment for use. The estimated value is EUR 41,999 excluding VAT. The contract will run for up to three years or until its value is exhausted, whichever occurs first. Water will be ordered as needed and paid for at a unit price per litre; there is no charge for renting the equipment. The supplier must provide bottles holding 20 litres, with an allowed range of 18–22 litres. The water must meet the requirements for natural mineral and spring water and come from an approved water extraction site. The offer must include 52 floor-standing dispensers: 14 with a carbonator, hot and cold water, and a built-in cup holder; and 38 dispensing hot and cold water. Free metal bottle racks must be provided to institutions on request, each holding 4–5 bottles at a time. The equipment must be delivered, installed and connected within three working days of contract signature. Following an order, water must be delivered within three working days, on working days between 9:00 and 17:00; the supplier is responsible for unloading. The supplier must maintain the equipment and repair or replace faulty equipment within 24 hours, and ensure that the water has at least three months’ remaining shelf life when delivered. Offers must be submitted electronically by 21 October 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion.
