Temporary grant of hunting rights in hunting reserve No. 10664

Summary

The tender grants temporary hunting rights for five hunting seasons on land belonging to the municipality of Valle de Valdebezana and the areas of Pradilla de Hoz de Arreba and Hoz de Arreba. The area covers cadastral polygons 19, 20, 21, 24 and 25, including Public Utility Forest No. 346, “El Rebollar”; it covers 1,454.03 hectares and is identified as hunting reserve No. 10664. The rights run from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2031. Hunting must be carried out under the applicable rules and an approved hunting plan, and must comply with the technical, environmental and safety requirements. This is an electronic public auction in which price is the only award criterion; the compliant bidder offering the highest price wins. The price offer must cover all five hunting seasons. The tender documents contain conflicting price figures: they state both a minimum of EUR 9,000 per hunting season and a base amount of EUR 9,000 for all five seasons; the technical document separately gives an assessed value of EUR 1,725.50. Bidders should confirm the applicable minimum with the contracting authority. VAT is added at the rate in force. No provisional guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide a definitive guarantee equal to 5% of the total offer excluding VAT. The first annual payment is due before the contract is signed; subsequent payments are due within 30 days after the annual licence invoice is issued. Natural and legal persons with full legal capacity may participate. A legal entity’s business purpose must relate to hunting management, operation or use, or similar activities. Bidders must submit signed administrative documents electronically, evidence of representation where applicable, a declaration that no contracting prohibition applies and that tax and Social Security obligations are up to date, as well as a separate price offer. Offers are due within 15 calendar days of publication of the contract notice.
