Summary

The tender establishes a multi-supplier framework agreement for Real Club de Campo Villa de Madrid to purchase gasoil B, gasoil C and unleaded petrol 95 as needed. Fuel must be delivered by tanker to designated tanks on the Club’s premises and comply with applicable quality, safety and environmental requirements. Unless a specific order provides otherwise, ordinary deliveries are due within 24 hours and urgent deliveries within 12 hours after receipt of the order. Each delivery must be documented by a delivery note recording its time and location, fuel type and quantity, and vehicle and driver details. Bidders must demonstrate annual turnover of at least €300,000 in one of their best financial years among the last three available years, and at least one similar supply contract performed in the last three years with a value equal to at least 25% of the estimated average annual contract value. They must also hold the professional registration required to supply fuel and provide, among other documents, a valid ADR certificate.
