Maintenance of echo sounder systems on Navy hydrographic vessels

Summary

The tender covers maintenance of the Spanish Navy’s multibeam and single-beam echo sounder systems on its hydrographic vessels, their components and associated software. The work includes scheduled maintenance actions, spare parts and materials, and technical labour; services will be performed at the Navy Hydrographic Institute in Cádiz. Offers must state discounts on maintenance actions, materials and labour, and proposed reductions in response times. These factors carry weights of 50%, 30%, 10% and 10%, respectively. The successful bidder must provide a 5% final performance guarantee; an additional 5% guarantee is required if the offer is initially considered abnormally low.
