Purchase of a backhoe loader with hydraulic hammer, front mulcher and boom mulcher

Summary

The Municipality of Pedreguer is purchasing a new backhoe loader for municipal services, equipped with a hydraulic hammer, a front-mounted mulcher and a boom-mounted mulcher. The machine must meet the technical specifications, including an operating weight of no more than 6,500 kg, engine power of at least 55 kW and Stage V emissions compliance. The tender budget is EUR 115,000 excluding VAT, plus 21% VAT of EUR 24,150, for a total of EUR 139,150. The bid must separately state the price, VAT and the value assigned to the municipality’s existing Case Farnakk 95A tractor; that value may not be less than EUR 33,673.20. The successful bidder must remove the old machine and deliver the new vehicle with its attachments, registration and road-use documents no later than 120 calendar days from the day after the contract is formalised. The vehicle must have a warranty of at least one year. Bidders may offer an extended warranty of 2 or 3 years, specify the distance for technical assistance, offer GPS or an equivalent functional improvement, and indicate measures promoting gender equality in the company. The selected bidder must provide a 5% final guarantee calculated on the final offered price excluding VAT. The bidder must demonstrate the required solvency and the availability of an authorised after-sales technical service facility in Alicante or Valencia; spare parts must be available for 10 years.
