Maintenance of the Student Residence Boiler and Solar Heating System

Summary

The tender covers maintenance of the student residence’s centralised solar hot-water system and 12 kW electric boiler at the university campus in Ceuta. The work includes inspecting and maintaining the complete system through to the point of use, including pumps, sensors, storage tanks, pipework, valves, electrical controls and solar panels. Equipment must be checked weekly; the panels must be cleaned and their supporting structures and pipe insulation inspected quarterly; and a monthly inspection checklist must be provided.
