Supply of materials and support services for the Orcellis I employment and training programme

Summary

This tender covers the supply of materials and auxiliary services for practical activities in Orihuela’s Orcellis I employment and training programme, which includes construction, industrial painting, gardening and landscaping. The contract is generally due to run until 26 February 2027. Its estimated duration is eight months, but it may end earlier if the programme, contractual purpose or underlying need ends. Deliveries are made as ordered within Orihuela, including Orihuela Costa and, where required, the programme’s training and work sites. Goods in lots 1–3 are generally due within five working days of an order; bidders may offer a faster delivery commitment of 24, 48 or 72 hours. Defective or non-compliant goods must be replaced at no extra cost within five working days. Vehicles must have comprehensive insurance with no excess and include at least 4,500 km per month in the price. The container service must ensure waste traceability and delivery to an authorised waste handler. Bidders must be registered in the relevant official tenderers’ register by the bid deadline and submit the required signed European Single Procurement Document and responsible declaration. Bids must be submitted electronically in Spanish and signed using a recognised electronic signature. The precise general financial and technical capacity thresholds referred to in the tender documents must be checked in the official procurement documents; the technical specifications impose no additional technical capacity requirement.
