Supply of clothing, footwear and personal protective equipment for employees of MPGK Sp. z o.o. in Tarnów

Summary

This procurement concerns the supply of clothing, footwear and personal protective equipment (PPE) for employees of MPGK Sp. z o.o. Tarnów. The contract is divided into three parts: Part 1 – footwear, Part 2 – clothing, Part 3 – PPE. Bids may be submitted for individual parts. For each part, minimum qualification requirements must be demonstrated with accompanying evidence: footwear require at least one delivery in the last three years with a net value of at least 7,000 PLN; PPE requires at least one PPE delivery with a net value of at least 10,000 PLN. All deliveries must be documented with references or supplier declarations if necessary. A 12-month quality guarantee is required; delivery and payment terms are specified in the SWZ. The award is based solely on price, with price being the only award criterion. Subcontracting is allowed with proper notification and documentation.
