Framework agreement for fresh fish supply to the Paradores in Cambados, El Hierro and La Gomera

Summary

The procurement is for a framework agreement to supply fresh fish from fish markets to the Paradores de Turismo properties in Cambados, El Hierro and La Gomera. It is divided into three separately awardable lots: the Cambados Parador, the El Hierro Parador and the La Gomera Parador. Bidders must cover every requested product in each lot they choose to bid for. The Cambados lot includes a range of local fish and cuttlefish; the El Hierro and La Gomera lots include alfonsino, wreckfish, greater amberjack and pompano. Under the framework agreement, suppliers will be invited to quote weekly for Lot 1 and monthly for Lots 2 and 3. For each period, the supplier with the lowest overall evaluated cost will be selected. If an outside supplier offers a lower price, a framework supplier may match or improve it within 12 hours. Up to two new framework suppliers may be selected for each lot. Fish must be delivered under controlled cold-chain conditions, in full, within no more than one working day (24 hours) of an order. The estimated annual value is €29,117 for Lot 1, €19,005.25 for Lot 2 and €38,071 for Lot 3, including VAT; the total estimated contract value, including the possible extension, is €104,827.50 excluding VAT. No minimum orders or purchase quantities are guaranteed. Technical quality is assessed by blind tasting, and bidders must score at least 50 out of 100 to proceed.
