Natural gas supply to the Badajoz provincial headquarters building, 1 December 2026–30 November 2027

Summary

The contract is for natural gas to heat the shared government building at Ronda del Pilar 10 in Badajoz. The building is used by the provincial offices of the General Treasury of Social Security and the National Social Security Institute, together with the Government of Extremadura. The planned supply period is 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027, although commencement depends on the distribution network operator granting access. Estimated consumption is 300,000 kWh; this is a forecast and does not oblige the contracting authority to consume the full quantity. The bid must cover the entire supply. Bidders must quote the variable price component K, which may not exceed EUR 0.04090983/kWh excluding VAT. The final price is based on K and the average TTF value for the month preceding consumption, plus the regulated fixed charge, meter rental and taxes. Price is the sole award criterion; the lowest K price receives 100 points. The estimated contract budget is EUR 40,535 including VAT (EUR 33,500 excluding VAT). The bidder must be listed as an authorised natural gas marketer in Spain and must generally be registered in ROLECE, or show that it applied for registration with the required documents before the bid deadline. Economic and technical capacity must be confirmed in a responsible declaration. Submit one electronic bid containing the declaration and financial offer; variants are not allowed and no security is required. The successful supplier must ensure continuous compliant gas supply, issue monthly invoices, and provide 24-hour customer support and a contract manager.
