Supply of a new backhoe loader to Sinarcas City Council

Summary

The tender covers the supply to Sinarcas City Council of a new backhoe loader manufactured in 2025 or later, with front-loader and excavator equipment and attachments. It will be used to maintain municipal roads, water and sewer networks, ditches and drainage, and to carry out excavation and emergency work. Offers are scored out of 100 points: price up to 60; extended warranty 10; maintenance 8; additional training 8; equipment improvements 8; shorter technical-service response time 3; and shorter delivery time 3. Bidders must meet economic and technical capacity requirements: annual turnover of at least €155,124 in the best of the last three completed financial years, and comparable supplies worth at least €72,391.20 in the year of highest activity. Official technical support and manufacturer-trained technicians are also required. Offers must be submitted electronically. No provisional guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide a definitive guarantee equal to 5% of the offered price excluding VAT.
