Assistant inspection services at Galápagos container areas

Summary

The tender covers inspection and auxiliary services at the municipal waste-container areas in Galápagos for three years, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029. Two assistants must work on weekends and public holidays from 9:00 to 15:00, one at each location: the town centre on Avenida de Torrejón and the Montelar residential area on Avenida Rio Tajo. Duties include receiving and directing people, monitoring the general condition of facilities and vehicle access, providing information and answering calls, routinely opening and closing the premises, and carrying out other auxiliary tasks. Staff may not perform tasks regulated separately by law or regulation, use coercive measures, or check people’s identity documents or personal belongings. The budget is EUR 59,900 excluding VAT and EUR 72,479 including 21% VAT. Price is worth 45 points, and offers above the budget will be rejected. At the time of submitting an offer, the company must be registered in the national register of bidders, ROLECE, and hold ISO 9001 certification. The current staff must be taken over; the contractor must provide the required personnel and appoint at least one technical coordinator from its own workforce. Valid civil liability insurance of at least EUR 300,000 is required. The offer must use the prescribed forms and include a responsible declaration and a financial offer showing VAT separately.
