Summary

This tender concerns ordnungsbehördliche Bestattungen (funeral services under public order) for the City of Hildesheim, covering the collection of the deceased, transfer to a cooling facility or crematorium, handling of all formalities, and arrangement of burial or urn interment within the city (and, in some cases, outside). The contract is a framework agreement for two years (01-01-2027 to 31-12-2028) with an option to extend for one year (01-01-2029 to 31-12-2029). Award will be made to a single bidder based on the lowest price. A bidder must provide proof of registration with the Handwerkskammer and copies.
