Maintenance and repair of the Seville lifting platform

Summary

The tender covers preventive and corrective maintenance and repair of a CIBES A 5000 lifting platform at the Provincial Directorate of the Spanish Social Marine Institute, Fernando IV Street 1, Seville. The platform has two stops and a travel height of 3.9 metres. Preventive maintenance must be carried out at least once a month and includes inspections, adjustments, cleaning, lubrication, and any necessary repairs and safety checks. Following a breakdown notification, the contractor must respond and begin repairs within 8 hours at the latest. A 24-hour, year-round rescue service must be available for trapped persons, with immediate action required where safety is at risk. Each intervention must be documented in a work report. The maximum budget is EUR 4,800 including 21% VAT (EUR 3,966.94 excluding VAT). The initial term is 24 months from 1 September 2026 or, if later, from the contract signing date; the contract may be expressly extended for up to 12 months. Offers are evaluated on price (up to 85 points) and an optional faster breakdown response commitment: 2–9 hours earns 5 points, while under 2 hours earns 15 points. Maintenance labour and ordinary consumables are included. The contracting authority will pay for individual parts and replacements costing more than EUR 100 only after receiving and approving a quotation. Bidders must have the required registration and authorisation and must not be subject to exclusion grounds; separate proof of economic, technical or professional capacity is not required.
