Electricity supply for tourism and cultural facilities in Asturias
Summary
The contract covers a two-year supply of electricity to sites managed by the public tourism and cultural organisation of Asturias: the Jurassic Museum of Asturias, the Teverga Prehistory Park, the Ethnographic Museum of Grandas de Salime “Pepe el Ferreiro”, and the museum’s pumping station. The supply covers low and high voltage, electricity procurement and access to transmission and distribution networks; the supplier must handle the related network-access arrangements. Electricity must be 100% renewable, supported by a guarantee-of-origin certificate issued by Spain’s National Commission on Markets and Competition. The contract is awarded to one supplier without lots. Billing is monthly and based on actual consumption; prices are unit-based and include a component linked to the OMIE electricity market price. The maximum budget is €266,097.33 excluding VAT (€321,977.77 including VAT). Bids are assessed automatically: price carries up to 75 points and offered improvements up to 25 points. Improvements may include energy-use advice and annual recommendations (5 points), energy-related training (5 points), and a free, secure platform for monitoring consumption and costs and checking invoices (15 points).
