Maintenance service for Elgoibar’s sports facilities

Summary

The tender is for comprehensive maintenance of the municipal sports facilities in Elgoibar: the Olaizaga sports centre, Mintxeta sports complex, IMH sports centre and the ikastola fronton. The work covers operation, monitoring and preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, climate-control, fire-safety and pool systems; repairs; maintenance consumables and spare parts; landscaping at Mintxeta; and technical and logistical support for sports events. Sports equipment, buildings, rooms and furniture are also included. The contract will run for three years, with a possible extension of a further two years. The reference schedule for 2027 specifies 251 maintenance days on weekdays, with 18 hours of service per day from Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 18:00; during the Mintxeta outdoor-pool season, two additional hours per day must be covered on specified weekends and public holidays. The schedule may change, and prices are not subject to review. The bid must state hourly prices: up to €40 for a normal hour, up to €50 for an overtime hour, and up to €50 per hour on specified Saturdays and Sundays during the Mintxeta outdoor-pool season; all figures exclude VAT. The estimated annual value is €184,040 excluding VAT and the total estimated contract value is €920,200. Price carries up to 52 points and the technical maintenance plan up to 48 points; the plan must address May and August maintenance and the January and November sports events. Participation requires, among other things, evidence of the required turnover and experience, appointment of an experienced team leader, and a technical plan of no more than 25 pages. Bids must be submitted electronically. The incoming contractor must take over the existing employee where required by law or a collective agreement.
