Supply and maintenance of equipment for the Txandaka solution for Osakidetza

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, installation and maintenance of equipment for Osakidetza’s Txandaka patient queue-management solution at hospitals and primary-care centres. The new equipment includes self-service kiosks, screens, ticket and desktop printers, and media players. The contractor must also maintain both the existing equipment fleet and newly supplied devices and provide comprehensive technical support.
