Supply of Three All-Terrain Vehicles for CEIS Guadalajara

Summary

The contract is for the supply, in a single lot, of three new four-wheel-drive pickup trucks for the CEIS Guadalajara fire, rescue and civil protection service: two five-seat rapid-response vehicles for carrying personnel and equipment, and one five-seat command vehicle. The vehicles must be fully built and fitted with the required firefighting and rescue equipment, communications equipment, warning systems and load-compartment arrangements, and delivered registered and legal for road use in Spain. The command vehicle also requires a work area, pull-out storage systems and task lighting. Delivery is due within 4 months of contract signature. The estimated value is EUR 204,000 excluding VAT and EUR 246,840 including 21% VAT. Bids must include a price proposal and a detailed technical description; bidders need the specified management-system and production-conformity certificates and demonstrable after-sales service capacity in Guadalajara province.
