Framework Agreement for Building Design, Works Supervision and Technical Assistance

Summary

The tender establishes a framework agreement for building design and technical support services for the Bilbao City Council. Individual assignments may include designs and preliminary designs for new buildings, alterations and renovation; works supervision or technical assistance to the supervisor; demolition designs; and technical studies and documents such as feasibility, geotechnical, fire-safety and environmental-impact studies, surveys, assessments of existing building services, structural strengthening designs, and building use and maintenance plans. An individual assignment may combine several services. The work will mainly be carried out within the municipality of Bilbao. Under cooperation agreements, it may also extend to areas in neighbouring municipalities. The framework agreement is divided into two geographical lots: Lot A primarily covers Zorrotzaurre Island and districts D4, D5 and D7; Lot B covers districts D1 (excluding Zorrotzaurre), D2, D3, D6 and D8. Participation requires a stable team with the specified qualifications and experience, together with the necessary resources, including the ability to respond to urgent on-site requests in Bilbao within 1 hour. Deadlines and required documents will be set for each individual assignment.
