Technical quality-control support for the Phase 3 Tarragona tramway viaduct and Vila-seca station underpass

Summary

The procurement is for technical quality-control services during construction of Phase 3 of the new Camp de Tarragona tramway: the viaduct on Ramon d’Olzina Avenue and the new underpass providing access to Vila-seca station. The contractor will carry out tests on materials, structures, soils, pavements, railway infrastructure and utility systems, and provide test results and reports. The planned service period is 15 months from formalisation of the works setting-out record; it may be extended to match the actual duration of the construction works. The estimated value is €195,449.10 excluding VAT (€236,493.41 including VAT); price is the sole award criterion, and the contract is not divided into lots. Bidders must demonstrate the required laboratory authorisations, insurance and comparable experience.
