Rental of lighting, sound and audiovisual equipment with technical services for the 2026 Sant Narcís Festival

Summary

The contract covers the rental of lighting, sound and audiovisual equipment for the stage at Parc del Migdia during the 2026 Sant Narcís Festival. The work includes transporting, installing, assembling and dismantling the equipment, as well as providing technical support during events; all supplied loudspeakers must be cardioid. Equipment must be in good condition, and any replacement must be of an equivalent or higher standard and approved in advance by the contracting authority. The equipment includes, among other items, sound and lighting systems, microphones, stage structures and a 6 × 4 metre LED screen. The work will take place in Girona from 23 to 31 October 2026. The contractor is responsible for supplying all required equipment and staff, transport, installation, proper operation and removal. Technicians must have at least 4 years of relevant experience and adequate knowledge of Catalan and Spanish. The maximum incident-resolution time is 6 hours. The contract is expected to last one year, with no extensions; it is not divided into lots. The maximum budget is €60,844.85 including VAT, and bids must not exceed it. Price is worth up to 85 points and the proposed incident-resolution time up to 15 points. To participate, bidders must submit a signed responsible declaration and their bid electronically, and must be registered in Spain’s official bidders register or Catalonia’s electronic bidders register.
