Supply and installation of identification signs for the historic districts of Val d’Aran

Summary

The contract covers the supply and installation of 14 new identification panels for the terçons, or historic districts, of Val d’Aran. The panels will be installed at the existing locations, with one additional panel at the entrance to Val d’Aran from Portillon; they will mark the entrances and exits of the districts along the main roads N-230, C-28 and N-141. Delivery and installation must be completed within 30 calendar days. The estimated contract value is €20,661.15 excluding VAT (€25,000 including 21% VAT). Offers are scored out of 100 points: price carries up to 70 points; reducing the delivery period by 5–9 days earns 5 points, and a reduction of at least 10 days earns 10 points; using environmentally certified or low-impact paints, inks, vinyls or graphic elements earns 10 points; and extending the warranty up to four years earns 2, 5 or 10 points, depending on the extension offered. Bidders must submit the required responsible declaration, commit sufficient personnel and equipment, provide a list of environmental protection measures, and hold professional civil liability insurance with at least €20,000 cover. Separate proof of financial or technical capacity is not required. Bids must be submitted electronically within 10 working days of publication of the contract notice.
